Returns & Exchanges
We hope that you will be happy with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase please contact us ASAP. We'll gladly replace any items that arrive damaged or defective within 30 days of your purchase. We'll work with you to ensure that you’re happy with your purchase, especially when it's our fault.
All returned items must be received in original condition (unused and unwashed) within 10 days after issuing you a return number (RMA). Please include a copy of your invoice or order number with your package.
We can exchange the item or issue a refund to the original payment method as soon as the return is received and reviewed by Literatee. We are not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit.
- If the original item is purchased with a promotional code, that promo code can not be used on the exchange if it is no longer available or is expired.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable
- Personalized and design your own items are non-refundable
- All sale items are final sale
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable):
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
To process a return, please contact us and include your order number, product(s) being returned, and reason for return.
