Returns & Exchanges
We hope that you will be happy with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase please contact us ASAP. We'll gladly replace any items that arrive damaged or defective within 14 days of your purchase. We'll work with you to ensure that you’re happy with your purchase, especially when it's our fault.
All returned items must be received in original condition (unused and unwashed) within 10 days after issuing you a return number (RMA). Please include a copy of your invoice or order number with your package.
We can exchange the item or issue a refund to the original payment method as soon as the return is received by Literatee.
We are not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit.
- If the original item is purchased with a promotional code, that promo code can not be used on the exchange if it is no longer available or is expired.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable
- Personalized items are non-refundable
- All sale items are final sale
- Returns/exchanges may be subject to a 15% restocking fee
EDIT/CANCEL AN ORDER
You are only able to edit or cancel your order when the status is still displays "Pending". Once the order goes into "Processing" you can no longer edit or cancel the order. If the order is processing and you need to make a change please contact us about your changes. We do our best to meet your request but once it starts processing we can't guarantee that it can be edited or canceled.
To process a return, please contact us and include your order number, product(s) being returned, and reason for return.
